This is in response mainly to Jim's review. And no, this isn't a "I hate Jim Sterling! He's fat and stupid!" Go elsewhere if you want to read that kind of crap.

I don't agree with much of what Jim Sterling has written lately. Sometimes, it's a serious review, other times, it's a news update with a jab at fanboys (I just roll my eyes and get over it, see how is that is?), or, it's a humor piece, but people take it so seriously and can't understand that and go into some stupid debate over why he's wrong and they're right. But you know what? That's his opinion, he's entitled to every bit of it, just as I am to mine, as to yours.

He may not like the Wii, as a lot of "hardcore" gamers don't, that's fine, I enjoy most of the games I've play(ed) on it. But the point I'm trying to get to is this, if you don't like his review, or his opinion, GET OVER IT!!!

Do you people honestly act like this in the real world? When someone you disagree with, you call them out, screaming and shouting how stupid they are? I'd hate to meet you in person if that's how you really are.

"IGN, Game Informer, etc. etc., gave it a 9.0", seriously, you guys read IGN's reviews? Every time I've seen a major title come out, seldom does it not have a glowing review. Why? Think about it. It's a major website that gets money from advertisers and game companies. You don't think they're getting their palms greased for an extra few points on that score? Another reason, fanboys. The last thing they'll wanna do is upset those poor souls who waste their times all day on their forums waiting for a review that means little to nothing.

This is why I dislike about the internet, so much of healthy debate and differing opinion is lost now. If you don't go along with what the viral marketers, game developers that have sold you into buying the game, it's "obvious" you're a fanboy of a differing console, when in reality, it's someone with a differing opinion.

In regards to the review itself, Jim I think did an honest review. A 7 is not a bad score, it's just an average, or a "C" grade. If this game's narrative was so important, you'd think the developer would have put a strong emphasis on the story being good and consistent throughout the entire game.

In regards to the game itself, I honestly had no interest after I saw the game play. I don't mind QTE's, but the game is nothing but that. Oh wait, I forgot, the guys who made the game say it's not a game. Then why on earth would you make it, or better yet, then what is it?! A sixty dollar movie?! If this game's storyline gets that bad, I'd hate for it to be a movie, because from the sound of it, it'd be ScyFy fodder, or worse. Never mind, I won't even get into this game anyway, so there's no point in me even trying to explain why I don't like it.

In short, if you don't like his opinion, get over it, be an adult. Go somewhere else where someone or others agree with you on how great (insert game) is, there's plenty of room for you out there to praise what you haven't played yet.
