About Me

Hello all, my name is Chris and am new to Destructoid's blog circuit. Being a gamer for 20 years now (since 1989), I've finally found myself delving deeper into the industry than ever before. In the early years of my gaming career, I solely cared about satisfying my hunger for the next major gaming experience, generally disregarding anything but AAA titles. Yet, as I "matured" into my teenage years and realized the sheer diversity the gaming industry offered, I vastly expanded my pallet from my Nintendo fanboyism to include the wonderful worlds of Sega and Sony. Now here I am, in my mid-20's, in the possession of a PS3, 360, and both major handhelds. I hold down a senior writing position over at www.gamerlimit.com and hope to purse a career in journalism. However, in my "spare" time, I'm currently a graduate student studying to become a special education teacher, with a focus in learning disabilities.

I've been spending quite a bit of time with inFamous, Left 4 Dead, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Bionic Commando, Valkyria Chronicles and most recently completed Sacred II: Fallen Angel.
