@mratomix
Thanks. I was originally just going to use the boxart for each game but wanted to give it a little more humor so I tried to find a funny screencap from each game. Skullgirls didn't work out so well though.

Hell yeah, I love my new ME3 Control ending. That's some old school sci fi right there. Sucks it wasn't ready when the rest of the game came out but oh well, at least they fixed it.
Also, I bought Spider-man instead of Lollipop Chainsaw. Sounds like they have some things in common though. You know the costumes in that game are time released? I checked Youtube and you have to set your console ahead to August to get his other suits. Weird.

Nice intro and welcome to Dtoid!
Regarding Ghost Recon I have several issues with the game. For one thing the PS3 online population seems low so I have to constantly wait to get into a game. I also seem to have voice chat issues where voice chat works, then suddenly cuts out when a new game launches (and yes, the guy I was talking to is still in my squad). I also simply cannot believe that they only have ONE controller configuration with no options for lefties or for people that prefer to scope in with L1 instead of right click on the analog. It seems ludicrous in this day and age to only allow for one controller configuration!
... oh, and when playing the single player portion of the game I got to a door that needed opening... only apparently one of my AI guys was dead or pissing in the bushes or something because he never showed up... so I sat there and sat there. The game doesn't allow for me to move away from the door once I've taken position... so I turned the game off. I haven't yet gone back to it... but I do kinda wonder where my AI guy went! LOL!
I've pretty much gone back to playing MAG or the Dust beta on my PS3 and I"m still looking for a good shooter game.
... but awesome blog... even if you did bring up a personal sore point that I paid full price for Ghost Recon and feel a bit ripped off by it. :(

@SirLegendhead
Thanks for commenting. I agree that the Control ending is superior which I find amusing since it was my LEAST favorite ending pre-EC. Time releases costumes, that's a new one. At least it's not a time released achievement like the Calendar Man one in Arkham City.
@Elsa
I totally see where you are coming from. I think for me, the newness of GRFS is wearing off. Now that I've had time with it I'm starting to see all the flaws in it. I have not had the game chat problem (playing on 360) and I agree that uncustomizable controls are also unacceptable for games like this.
As for the door, that's never happened to me but there were a few times when I had to wait quite a while for a teammate to jog his slow ass to our position and it was ALWAYS 30K. I've actually been thinking of trading it in and getting *gasp*... Modern Warfare 3. I still play CoD4 once in a while, but it's so old now and I have nothing left to do in it. I just want a better CoD4 which was what I thought I was going to get with MW2.

@Elsa: Yeah GRFS. I feel bad I recommended it to you. At first I was all super disappointed in it because it was NOT GR. Then after an hour I fell in love with it. Then that love waned, but I still enjoyed it. Then it got stolen. Shit.
@Red: Nice list.

@Phil... lots of people recommended GRFS and I really haven't spent enough time with it to say if it's a good or bad game, it's just got some hurdles to overcome when first playing it (as many games do). I have some time in August where I'll be gaming a lot and will likely go back to it then and see if I like it when I get more into it. :)
