But seriously, based off this trailer that game visually looks like ass. It looked like a PSX fighter.
@SephirothX: Watch the HD "characters" trailer on GT so you can see how nice the animation looks when it's not spliced together in an Ignition trailer.
XII is weird.
Its become such a sausage-fest, Athena and Leona are the only females in the entire game...
Iori has like, turned into Freeman almost.
and then none of my other favorite characters are in it.
i.e. Vanessa, Oswald, K', Maxima, Kula....
Athena looks fucking THICK, I'm digging it.
This game looks amazing, don't know how anyone could hate on it. If anything I dislike that it went the route of SF4 and bulked everyone up. Ralf and Clark look like they are going all Tetsuo with the muscles, but Athena got some bomb ass legs out of it so I'm cool.
Never played a KOF gambe before, I guess I won't be getting this, cause I just got a Hori stick for my Xbox today, so ya, I don't really want to get another Stick for my PS3.
I'm buying this game just because it's pretty.

To be honest I've never played an SNK fighter seruiously, only fleeting battles in which I do not commit.
This will be the first game in which I do so.
....fuck, now I gotta get an arcade stick for mah PS3 :/

This made me realize that it's Capcom's turn to make the next VS SNK game.
Hopefully it happens, with the SFIV engine, and sooooon. :D~~~

Yes! This will be the first KOF I buy. Soooo pretty.
The fighting system looks a little janky. I dunno about that one. Looks like it focuses on super moves too much.
Anyway, hopefully it turns out good.
....funny how SNK keeps crawling back to Sony...the same group that complains about them trying to release their KoF games minus the multipack for 20 bucks...
seriously. Fighters need to be multiplatform by now. I'll get this whenver I get a PS3. Play it for like a week, then just push it aside like all the other KoF games thanks to no competition.
PLUS...most of my mains aren't even around so i'll wait for KoF XIII.
oh...and I also came at the Servbot love.
I cannot wait to hear the crying about how cheap this boss is. SNK bosses are much cheaper than Seth or Gill. In fact, the idea of ridiculously cheap bosses was created by SNK and is known as a diagnosable syndrome. Prepare yourself.
BTW, KoF 98 Ultimate Match for PS2 ships tomorrow.

I also can't freaking wait for this. I lucked out and got two HRAP 3's on Amazon today. Now I have one more game to make proper use of them with.
I have never played a single KoF game in my life, but this game looks fucking gorgeous.
I'm very much looking forward to this game but whoever put together this US trailer needs to be tortured just a bit.
The graphics look bad compared to BlazBlue or Odin Sphere,Athena is fat , Ralf is black , Yori is tranny , Robert is ugly , Mai and Mary aren't on it . It WILL suck (and if it doesn't I'm already biased anyways , so I'll hate it) ,BlazBlue and the KoF 98 PS2 spin off look WAY better ...
It looks pretty, but does it play for shit? That is the question.
But it does have goro, terry, andy, and raiden, so thats a plus.
