This demo had an "entertaining" single player training course.
...Then I ventured onto live...
What made the online mp dreadful?
It wasn't the EA dedicated servers, graphics, or character classes (except rogue)...
It was the players.
There, I said it.
XBL community (in general on the average) can't handle most games they touch, this is another one to the list. They all pick rogue or archer classes.
Rogue, because it's a walking comfort blanket. You scared boy? Hit LB to turn invisible!
Archer, because most players are used to firing weapons, poorly. Yes, poorly. I was a Cave Troll in a hill running in cricles capturing it with 2-3 enemy archers trying to shoot me... Not a single shot made contact.. If you don't know what a cave troll is, picture a 10 foot tall boomer from Left 4 Dead.
People are trash.
The day xboxlive gets a game that takes talent and has no comfort blankets is the day Jesus comes back and isn't killed for looking like a terrorist.

People who actually play the game will more likely take it more "seriously" and try and explore all sides of it while those that played the demo and didn't buy the game will go back to playing Gears of War 2, CoD, and so forth.
The trick is to make the less twitchy and more "boring" classes feel rewarding to play on a personal level, or at least rewarding enough so that people won't mind using them to complement their own team.
I will be waiting for a review anyway before buying (unless I can be bothered to hook up my 360 to the net today and try the demo, which I should really do!).
If you want real teamwork you'll go PC anyway. Cause retards don't know how to use PCs.
yeah I noticed that when I got COD:W@W for PC, its a fucking nightmare trying to find a non-cheat-server ( all give 3000+ XP per kill ) I think THAT is totally retarded...
not getting it.
dissapointed.
tears.
bye pandemic your off my good list.
Pandemic, you are officially the most disappointing developer of 2008...
...and slightly into 2009
