What's up ladies and gentlemen. My name is Malik Fort�, more widely know as THA-TRUTH. I am 24 years old, a music studio engineer, and I love my games. Another rant of mine, this one touching on the awful behavior in online gaming. Personally, I can take the BS of online gaming, but many others cannot, so lets try to change this because the mute button is not always the best option (Some games don't ship with the option to mute).

I agree... trash talk can be fun... but check this out.

The other day I was playing online with my PS3... this is the day the 2.40 update came out.

While playing online I had gotten a message from some one on the other team... the message?

"Join the american nazi party at www.americannaziparty.com ... keep white boys alive".

Shit like this has never happend to me online.. its a whole new low of sad.

Sadly, I dont think it is... in germany and things like that its illegal to have even images of certain things from WWII.

As far as I know, in America with the "freedom of speech" (which is rather worthless these days...) its legal to do shit like that.. sad huh?

You're right man, but I just didnt get my point across as I had hoped to.

Freedom of speech is great... of course, but like anything else its a double edged sword and has its fiends and bad points. Thats all I meant.

If you are sick of the sexism and racism when you play online games, maybe you should simply try NOT playing console online games and play PC online games instead. Discrimination in PC online game chat is few and far between.

Oh ... and btw ... where here at destructiod have very small attention spans. A 10 minute is video is way to long, especially when you could have said everything you did say in only around 3 or 4 minutes. Even that is to long actually. Can you just make it 2 minutes. That's like the perfect amount of time.

@ SILVERDRAGON, I personally can handle all the BS, it's just not everyone knows what they are getting into when they get online, and seeing as to how gamers are stereotyped as it is, online gaming can make gamers look far worse for the enviroment we create. Is it really that hard to not be offensive? I'm not saying to stop trash talking, or stop cursing or anything of that nature, just to tone down the offensiveness. Oh and BTW... sorry for the video legnth, i will take that into consideration

you have to remember this issue goes on with many people
no can help honestly deal with the levels of of crap and it is not just about gender,race,or religion
