Love shooting things in the head, driving insanely fast on Burnout and harassing my touch screen often. Tetris DS high score is 2.8million. Currently learning Japanese in order to understand more Jap games and achieve a lifelong goal.

360 is coming soon for HD gaming. I give in, honestly. Wii is okay, feels too gimmicky too often. PS3 = lol - nuff said. Best "next gen" console is DS and the PC ain't a console but it's one helluva gaming machine, for me at least.

It's interesting when things like this happen. Sony, it seems, still deem it viable to be spending on R&D, trying to reduce the size and possibly power consumption of it's greatest console to date, the PSTwo. Whilst this could be a reason for the stupid price of the PS3 (Hey I'm poor, stfuajpg) it doesn't make much sense, at least to myself, to release yet another version of your console toward the end of it's lifespan (GBA Micro, I stare at you)

Still, I doubt the new "Size Zero PSTwo" will be as good as this console;

PSone's sold pretty well when they dropped in price and changed the look of the system again. Just because it is an outdated system doesn't mean it won't continue to sell, I still sell GBA's on a regular basis at my yob.

I never said it wouldn't sell. I just said that it doesn't make much sense to me releasing a third version of your home console.

The innovations on Nintendo's end with the GBA were all for the cause. Revision 1 of GBA gave us a lithium battery, a lit screen and sore fucking hands from the shit design of the bugger. The second revision had all of that with bells on, yet still, the playability of the original GBA handheld is off the chart. We're talking three revisions of a home console and not just minor revisions, such as SCPH 50001 / 50010 or whatever.

This begs the question, to myself at least - what is wrong with the current slim jim PSTwo?
