OC Remix have gone and given the FF7 soundtrack their 'treatment' - and it's damn fucking good.

Amazing even.I've given it a good once over now and it's a fantastic album with a lot of good efforts. Most of which combine my favourite genre's of music anyway. I've sat here and changed my underwear twice and my jaw is now aching. I love this soundtrack, quite possibly my favourite from any game (bar Duke Nukem3D).

Anyway, download it - enjoy it and like, well, listen to it I guess.

I actually agree. Most OCRemix stuff is crap, but just about everything on this collection is very good. WAAY to full of itself at times, but still very well produced and assembled.

I really liked what they did with One-Winged Angel. It's like the original but totally different at the same time.

I'm iffy on the rest of the album, but it's pretty good. I enjoyed it.

Agreed 8-Bit angel was pretty damned cool

But my hands down favorite from that collection for me was the the Shin-Ra theme (Son of Chaos) listening to that song through 5.1 is life changing

long album is long! i made it through about half of it so far and yeah, it's got some good stuff! not too shabby.

Most OC ReMix stuff nowadays is excellent. We've really hit a good level of consistency in the past year or two. I'll stand by that in response to Zac's comments.

360 is coming soon for HD gaming. I give in, honestly. Wii is okay, feels too gimmicky too often. PS3 = lol - nuff said. Best "next gen" console is DS and the PC ain't a console but it's one helluva gaming machine, for me at least.
