From what I heard, as much as I'm not fond of the guy playing Goku, he actually nails the Kamehameha pretty well. But then again that was just someones opinions, and opinions are subjective.

Chi Chi is Goku's age. Later in Dragon Ball they're older, but seriously, this shit is so not following canon that I don't think you need to even question that fact.
