I love all kinds of games... except sports, I play new, old and indie...

I just noticed this at the Apple app store...

Hmm, that Mary is very familiar... But no... Who could be so stupid to simply take off the stache off Mario, change the red to yellow and think nobody would notice?

And clearly that isn't a Koopa with Yoshi's head? Of course, not!

I'm sure this poor soul has never even heard of Mario, one of the most famous game characters ever, and this is just a coincidence, right?

But seriously, this guy is pretty much screwed, I just don't how... Maybe he'll be lucky and just get his app removed?

This passes quality check. Fart machines pass quality checks. Yet Apple ass-backwardsly REFUSE functionality like accessing the harddrive, or bluetooth object push apps, or video recording?

Oh, wait of course, they're going to charge you $699 for the privilege with the iPhone 3GS. How stupid of me.
