I don't know why, but I love spoiling games and movies for myself. I'm sure that they would be more enjoyable if it were a suprise, but I just love the prospect of knowing what happens before I play a game, so I can focus on the gameplay rather than the story. I don't know. I'm a strange motherfucker.
where are said spoilers?
I like reading spoilers on places like 4chan then seeing if theyre being an asshole spoiler troll or if theyre the more typical lying troll.
its obvious how the game ends. snake becomes batman and fights not cam clarke for the fate of olympus, which otacon recently got from his mother whom he seduced. BUT IT WAS ALL A PLAN BY THE PATRIOTS OMG SEQUEL TIME!
This will probably be the first game, that I can't wait for the story, to be drawn out... Otherwise I can give a lick about any other game's story line.
Seriously, if they can do one thing right, make it the gameplay...
( Talking about games in general. Because well, we already know that MGS4 is going to have EPIC gameplay, NO? )

People get pretty worked up about spoilers, but I never really understood why. Does anyone think for a second that the protagonist won't win; that you will play all the way to the end, and someone's just going to bash your character in the face with a shovel when they walk through a door, game fucking over?
Shit like that doesn't happen. That is not how video games work. You win, and there is no storyline in place for you doing anything else; getting a game over (now incredibly rare, as Yahtzee put it, because the games really aren't played at arcades run by cackling Scooby Doo villains) isn't part of the story.
I'm not out digging up spoilers for MGS4, but I've run across some, mostly because I went somewhere I knew they would be. I just don't care.
