GOW2 - Collector's edition.

I don't need to say anything, I really don't, the picture says it all. Apparently you'll be able to get a gold, lifesize lancer if you preorder with GameStation in the UK... However they will be retailing at £120. A few other places are apparently going to be offering the non-gold version, but, seriously playing against somebody who has the midas touch with the lancer is many a player's worst nightmare. This embodies it. It's crazy, what's more crazy is the fact that these are clearly going to move faster than the Legendary edition of Halo 3.

This really steps up the mark, takes it to the next level. A little bit too crazy for me.

However I can't wait to get a lifesized, road-ready Ecto-1 with my Ghostbusters pre-order.

That would be freaking awesome.

The gold plated Lancer is an in-game item, not an actual physical thing. Sorry to burst your bubble.

@10Bobmarleys

It's life size.

Didn't amazon have one that wasn't pimped out and it was only $120 USD? For this to be almost DOUBLE that is INSANE! Unless it's real gold.

Life sized, kind of like the Spartan helmet was.

@JKH13: No it ain't. I'm looking at a supplier website with preorder details. It's an in-game item.

To clarify: There is a life-size Lancer available with the special edition from certain places, but the gold plated lancer is an in-game item.
