Hey all. I'm writing this because blogging about games, consoles and PC's is something I want to get into.

I've been into gaming since I was very young. Since the very first consoles were out there before I even came into existence I have to settle for saying that my very first console was the Nintendo 64. I have to say the experience of playing Zelda, Mario Kart 64, Mario 64, Star Fox 64, Super Smash Bros. and the Pokemon Stadium games was great. To be honest I wasn't very good at them because even though I had the basics down to heart, I was too young to fully grasp the complexity of some games like The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.

My next consoles were the Nintendo Gamecube and the Sony PS2(skipping the PS1 due to the fact I never had one of my own but freeloaded off my brothers). I remember playing the Gamecube on my birthday as it was a gift, hooking it up in my bedroom and playing Metroid Prime while my whole family was together having my party without me. I didn't go to sleep that night because I was too hooked. Memorable games I had(and still have) are: Metroid Prime 1&2, Star Fox Adventures, The Legend of Zelda: Windwaker, Luigi's Mansion, Super Smash Bros. Melee.

As soon as I got my PS2 I then had the ability to expand my appreciation in games to a whole new level. Countless hours were spent in front of my t.v. screen playing games like the DBZ Budokai series, SOCOM, the Kingdom Hearts series(WHERE'S KH3!?!?), Final Fantasy X->XII, Grand Theft Auto, Zone of the Enders, Metal Gear Solid, Gran Turismo, Need for speed Underground-> Most wanted etc.

Years passed and we finally got into what is now the current generation. One day my brother brought home an XBOX360 20GB Pro with Call of Duty 2. I remember staring at the t.v. as my brother played and my father put his hand on my back and said "you might want to start cleaning that drool off your face before it dries up". I just had to have one ASAP.

A long time passed as I saved up enough money to buy an XBOX 360 of my own meanwhile sneaking into my brothers room to play some Halo 2 and Gears of War as he off at work. As soon as I had saved up enough money, the XBOX 360 Elite was released. I didn't have enough money for that edition yet but my brother had his eyes on it. I offered to buy his old Pro model with the money I had saved up and he agreed as he later bought the Elite.

I had that old pro until a few months ago when Battlefield 3 got the better of it. I am now using a borrowed MW2 unit from a friend until I have enough money to purchase a new one.

I also currently own a Wii, though I love it with all my heart, not many people share that love so I will reserve my history with it.

I hope I can meet and befriend many of you here as commuting with people who share the same interests is something I greatly look forward to.

So now you know a little about my gaming history and I hope you have an idea on how passionate I am on the general topic of games.

Thank you!
