A 40k MMO is going to catch my interest a lot more than the non-40k one. Here's hoping they didn't just glue rifles onto all of the character models.
40k MMO would not be as fun. Fantasy is for MMO, Sci-Fi is for RTS.Think about it, in a 40k you would be a soldier and nothing more. If its at all accurate, your character would die after 30 seconds after warping for 3 years of your life.
A 40k MMO will never work, unless the players only use standard humans. A typical space marine day is train for 15 hours, pray, suit maintenance, pray, eat, sleep for a few hors, train for another 15. Like Aertyr was getting at, the only way a 40k mmo would work is by throwing all the lore out the window and pretending that any of the soldiers in any of the armies actually has a life that is interesting in the slightest.
Now a GorkaMorka MMO, THAT I would play =D
Eww thats just go bad idea written all over it!
I imagine the 40k MMO to be like Planetside. Hopefully unlike Planetside it can be entertaining.
ZING
loved the first 40k RTS, it included a lot of great elements into the RTS genre at the time.
a 40k mmo would make me happy
fantasy mmos suck shit.
You brign that to Nick's? I need something to read on the toilet. :)
Already sitting above the tank :-P
lol we should just start our own gaming magazine called "PC POOPER" to avoid and confusion as to its usefulness.
