I've dabbled a few times at modding nerf guns and Im pretty sure some fellow dtoiders would like this. Its a fun hobby, and not too expensive for parts. I saw this while grazing the NerfHaven forums.

Thats a pretty dang good mockup of the Lancer.

Here is what it started out as :

This poster, Forsaken_angel24, has taken a nerf rifle, I think the longshot, and a toy chainsaw from Home Depot. He wired them both up with leds and left both sounds, the gun and the chainsaw, active. On his post he gives great step by step instructions on how to make this freakin awesome mod along with a youtube vid. He is my new hero.

Its incredible how much nicrer nerf guns are now then back why I had them. I rembrer my favorite one was had a hidden shot in the barrel so you could hold your gun up in surrender and fire. What a cleaver ruse that was.
