About Me
Typical Brit! That means sarcasm is plentiful, tea is essential, and a general grumbling about later release dates is to be expected.

I mostly play RPG's and have been a lifelong fan of the Metroid and Final Fantasy series.

I like to wax lyrical about games that interest me and spew off some crap about games that don't. I can often be found at my other Blog: LadyManix's Mumblings on Blogspot.com, and I'm working on several other enterprises too, whilst I wait for the perfect job to land in my lap.

Currently Playing: Final Fantasy XIII and still trying to conquer Hard mode on Rock Band Guitar...I will do it!

Consoles

Xbox 360, Wii, PSP, DS Phat, PS2.

A Few Favourite Games

Final Fantasy VII, Super Metroid, Metroid Prime, Left4Dead, Mass Effect, Legend of Dragoon, Zelda: Link to the Past.

Hmm....seems slightly familiar to any Metroid-gleaned eyes doesn't it?

I wonder if Nintendo have spied the similarity between their Aurora-Unit-Turned-Evil and this 'Educational Toy'. All I know is you wouldn't catch Mother Brain teaching kiddies the universal encyclopedia not when there are planets to control, space pirates to reign over, and bounty hunters to destroy. Education of the laser-kind only!

What's worse is the $119.95 (that's around £79.00 for those of us with limey origins). I thought you paid for schools to teach kids anyway?

Selling educational toys of this kind is just another way of taking advantage of the really stupid people anyway.

I would only buy that for a child I hated and wanted to terrorize.

Hmm...the specs are slightly disturbing too. I don't think if I was as young as that kid I'd be too happy about having that in my room!

A Mod = Win, though!
