I don't always get in the mood to write, in fact over the years I have left many a personal blog in the dust. However I am here now and, perhaps this time will not be like the others.

I'm SniperXan, a gamer since I was a wee lad playing Doors on my uncles C64, I love all things gaming, I generally play most types of games though recently I've been pretty FPS heavy.

Funny thing is, I think more then my love for playing games. is my obsession with the industry as a whole. I love to read about the daily goings on within the beast that births our hobby.

Not much else to know about me really, I finally got an XBOX360 about 5 months back to I'm playing catchup with some of the great games on the system like Mass Effect, Gears 2, Halo 3 ect ect.. And I've had my PS3 since launch (gogo 60gig) with a small but mighty collection of games for it including CoD4-WaW, UT3, RE5, GRAW2, Rockband, Fallout 3, Littlebigplanet, Oblivion, MGS4, Bioshock, Resistance and the Orange Box.

I also own a Wii, PS2, and PC with lots of games for the PS2 and not much for the rest lol.

I love to discuss gaming in all its facets. Perhaps I'll share some opinions in this blog from time to time (and watch as my comments get mad flames perhaps as well) Like how the Wii is an unfortunate reality of a money centric company who turned there back on the core too seek greener fields. Or...well, lets save the fun stuff for later posts. So anywho..
