Maybe put a little depth into a blog post next time. I doubt anyone went and read your review. We flamed you because you put up a shitty post that wasn't worth our time. Next time you want to post like that, have the title say Link to review of blah blah blah. By the way, if your writing material thats getting heavily edited, perhaps you should just write your reviews here for free? That way we wont flame you and your work doesn't get destroyed. You can always ask for help here aswell, just say so in the review post that you want peoples opinions on it.

I'm not trying to act like some cool headed player...and I didn't make a mistake by posting a link to something I wrote. I am genuinely grateful to the people who read it and said they didn't like it -- it takes time to write a review and evidently I can do better things with my time than write for that site.

Is it so strange to try and react reasonably? I won't say "whoops, sorry!" because it's my own work; and if the only reaction you can have to a link in a blog is to act like you've got the moral high ground and chastise me, then good for you.

My last comment was directed at Skribble, sorry for any confusion.

I understand how it could be construed as advertising, but I respect the fact that the review was published there.

If a reviewer were to reprint a review he/she wrote in a magazine, the magazine wouldn't be too happy. In the same way, the editor I've worked with at Evergeek wouldn't be happy if I were to post my work elsewhere.

Which is, as far as I know, what links are for. Linking here to there, because I can't rightly post it here.
