i'd rather have John stewart in a JLA movie, and have Hal be the center of a seperate Green lantern movie because lets face it, if you don't want to see sinestro on the big screen, you're probably a communist.

I'm not liking this cast. Common is the only name I know from that list just by looking at it.

I am excited to see up there that there is going to be a "Captain America" and "The Avengers" movies in the works. Sweet deal.

Common is a good MC but a shitty actor. Personally I'm glad they went with unknowns.

common does not and i repeat does not have any of the things needed to play jon stewart other then the physical attributes, he cannot hold the character and does not have the (ihate using this word) chops to play this character like he needs to be played.
i love common, ive loved him since way the fuck back when everyone called his ass a toy in the hip hop world and i still love him but his skills on the mic do not translate into him being a bankable jon stewart

and speaking of JL this movie is going to suck so fucking bad and all the actors they have for it are aweful and should die in a fire.

Unstoppablejuggernaut pretty much summed up my thoughts on the JL movie and Common as John Stewart. I think he has ridiculous over looked skills on the mic but I can't see him playing this role.

Same thing with Teresa Palmer, who is around nine months older than me. Either way, I never watched the Justice League cartoons, but I love me some Batman, so I’ll certainly see this film.
