I'm actually excited for this already. Maybe cause the first Hellboy didn't take itself so seriously, thereby maintaining some of the humor from the comics.
They should keep Perlman as Hellboy for the talking scenes, and use Christian Bale for the action scenes. That way he can use gun-kata to kill Taye Diggs and drop chainsaws down stairs onto hookers.
If you like Christian Bale, obviously you've seen American Pyscho. But have you read the book? Those monologues about music go on for entire chapters. I always imagine him speaking when I read it. It's so much better that way.
BTW, the movie is quite tame in comparison to the book.
Jesus Snail you are on a posting roll...are you dying and trying to get all the posts you possibly can into the limited time you ahve left? Can i make the hallmark movie about you when you are dead?
