News in Film : Batman The Dark Knight (Update!)

Yes, actual new information is coming out today, not unlike our local anomaly GayBear. You see, since the move I Am Legend is having it's grand debut, that means the seven minute long trailer to The Dark Knight is due! Sometime? Right? Well, maybe. Early next week we've been told, from their official website, you'll be able to get your grubby nerd fingers all over it. Till then, here is the new international Batman poster that has sprung up over the net. Alot of questions are raised by this poster, like most importantly, where the hell is Batman?

UPDATE! As it turns out, you lucky robot get two ALL NEW POSTERS. Yes, please submit feedback in the comments, I'd love to know what you think.

Those posters are amazing.

For the record, I think Batman is in his penthouse sweet above Gotham. He lived there in the comics as the Batcave/Manor were rebuilt one time. I've heard they use that storyline slightly in the new movie. Would make sense as the movie picks up right where the first left off so the Batcave and Wayne manor wouldn't be rebuilt yet.

Oh that joker poster looks great. Batman Begins was ok but this one looks really good. Looking forward to seeing it.

Snaileb, do a YouTube search for "dark knight trailer" and set the results to "Date Added." There are bootleg recordings of it going around, but Warner's getting them taken down left and right. You should be able to catch one, though.

It looks awesome, and I love the first new poster. Very nice. I get the same vibe from this as the first movie, which is perfect. Can't wait. (And Ledger has a damn good Joker laugh.)
