October - The biggest month for gaming this year?

LIttleBigPlanet, Fallout 3, FarCry 2, Dead Space, Fracture, Saints Row 2, Rise of the Argonauts, Golden Axe: Beast Rider and Spiderman: Web of Shadows. Are you ready to break yourself? I know I am.

Between now the end of this month, every game in this list will be in our grubby little hands. I preordered my copy of Fallout3 and LittleBigPlanet to secure my Pitboy lunchbox and Kratos costume. I am going to be set for entertainment for the next few months.... and thats not even including the releases for November through February....

Lucky the games come out on different days or I wouldn't know where the hell to start.

I havent paid any attention to Saints Row 2 because I thought it was a 360 exclusive, but now I see it is being released on the PS3 as well. I checked out a few clips and it seems like it could be fun. Any idea if it's split screen coop?

Spiderman Web of Shadows I don't have much hope for. Looks to be about as exciting as the other spiderman games; way too flighty and stale. As for Golden Axe, I'm hoping the ability to battle on beast-back will make the games fairly basic hack and slash gameplay more enjoyable.

The rest of them however, I have very high hopes for. What say you, best month ever?

Heh, screwed up the Fracture image, but you just made me incredibly sad over how much money I don't have.

Nice image but October is missing L4D and Resistance 2 therefore can't be the biggest gaming month of the year.

PS: Your image has GoldenAxe: Beast Rider twice instead of Fracture. Plus that game isn't GoldenAxe...shame what they did there.

Also, yeah, like I said, hopefully the beast riding will be fun. Hopefully.

Pretty good, but I'm only interested in Little Big Planet and Fallout 3. The others can wait.

(Personally the best month for me will be February... Killzone 2)

Not to burst the neat picture bubble, but I thought there was something on the front page the other day about Rise of the Argonauts being pushed back to next year.

Maybe it was just a rumor.

I'm only getting GH IV (GH IV set list > RB 2 set list, yeah what now), Fallout 3, and either Fable II or Far Cry 2. The rest I'll take on a gift certificate on Christmas.

I was planning on picking up LBP, but fuck that noise. I don't want to play a game where I'm just designing stuff for other people to judge me on.

I didn't say you had to be interested! They are just games I am looking forward to. And I didn't put Fable 2 in because I didn't know it was coming out; don't got one of dem 360s.
