I decided that I need more posters to cover the ugly green color of my walls, so I went on ebay and found this beauty for $17 and nabbed it straight up. I don't know the dimensions, I think it's about a meter long, but here is a comparison shot.
Next time I get paid I need to get me an SOTC poster or something.

After seeing this I guess I don't mind him playing the part. Just as long as he isn't as whiny as he was in Jarhead.
Also, my girlfriend got a new laptop. This thing is freaken tiny! It was $400, comes pre-installed with linux and a load of applications. Has built in webcam, mic, wifi, card reader, lan, headphone jack and 3xUSB 2.0 ports. It has the same graphics card as a Macbook mini and can pretty much play anything up to the graphics of Farcry; has a 900mhz CPU with 512MB ram and an in-built shockproof 4GB HDD. The HDD aspect sucks but I bought her a $60 16GB SD card and now its a 20GB HDD!
It's called the Asus eeePC for anyone who wants to know. I'm pretty much buying myself one in a couple of weeks, heh.
Anyway, I'ma go play some GTA4.

But they are selling pretty much everywhere. Expect these to really boom in the next month or two. They are fast, efficient and very cheap; and retailers may catch on and up the prices. You might want to try a site like shopbot and search for the 'Asus eeePC', it should give you a list of shops by order of price.
Also, sweet laptop. I always feel like I want a laptop, but for me to want a "portable" computer I want it REALLY portable. I hate how laptops have become like 15 pound behemoths that have zero battery life. I like that one. I'll hafta shop around.
