Destructoid's very own Aaron Linde posts the news at
Shacknews that Valve has been working on the new content that the pc has for the xbox 360. Which, for those of us that play on the 360 is amazing news.
Consoles need love too.
Valve's Doug Lombardi states "What we've been waiting for is until we had a critical mass of new content to put out." Lombardi makes a great point, in that, the console version won't get nickled and dimed to death for additionally content, and plus, they might not even charge for it all, as the medic achievements affect gameplay.
The PS3 May never get this
In the article it states that Valve is working on the PC and 360 versions internally but the PS3 version was outsourced to EA UK. Lombardi states about the PS3 content "So we feel like we're kind of there now. We'll probably be making some announcements pretty soon on what will happen with the 360 stuff. I don't know that--unfortunately I don't know that any of that will make it to the PS3."
