Holy crap! How heartless and/or stupid do you have to be to do this. This is why I don't support Microsoft, they're a crooked ass, money hungry company, that treats there customers like shit. Also, assholes.

Looks like they put it through the refurbishing process when they should have left one small detail out of refurbishing. It does, however, have to pass a QC test which means the employees must follow the orders of their superiors and refurb the box, which includes a cleaning of the case. Too bad for this kid, but what did he expect.
What the pen markings caused the rrod? Then he should thank them.
