Yep.
No More Heroes has dropped from 50 to 30 (rather quick no?) and once again,
Zak and Wiki suffered a price drop from 30 to 20. I can't complain as I have NMH already. Though i'm still lacking a Zak and Wiki. I shall pick it up now for sure.
EDIT: ALSO forgot to mention
Bioshock dropped in price from 60 to 40 about 2 weeks ago. So for people like me, who kinda waits somtimes for price drops on the 360, you're good to go. Though this is worth the 60 bucks I assume.
So for those kids and kidlets who haven't picked them up or just well...curious and wanna waste some money, there you go. 2 decently great games with rather quick price drops and 1 that well...should be taken advantage of while it's still in the store.
...I still have no intentions of buying it.
I blame the lack of my wii constantly being hooked up and the 360 kinda raping my game time. Next paycheck will most likely pick this bad boy up.
The only title that looks remotely interesting for me on the Wii is Boom Blox, which is already out, but that's 'cause I love physics and puzzle games. Nothing else looks worthy.
Why? Just curious... I loved NMH to pieces; I think it was hilarious, self-reflexive and critical, and full of subtle social jabs at the player that weren't just added cinematic elements but related precisely to interactivity. It did a lot of things wrong but FOR ME, the right was so right that I didn't even care about anything else.
For $20 it's a good buy if you're not bogged down with other things.
Either way it's worth it. It's kind of sad, because usually a price drop this quick means the games didn't sell well right? :(
Bioshock I can understand as it's been out for a while (and super worth it).
The only reason why I haven't picked up NMH is because I've heard mixed things about the controls, and that's something I'm a lot less forgiving about.
I would assume most of the time Price drop = bad sales. Cept I thought we were hearing rumors of a Zak and Wiki 2? Plus I thought I read somewhere Suda wanted to do a NMH sequal. (though I thought that was a pretty bad shot in the dark as most Suda games don't...have sequals.)
