All right, let's get this out of the way: The PC version is wonderful, it cures cancer, it fellates you with every glorious stroke of the mouse, and the console version is the cure for the cure for AIDS. Happy now? What can I say, I'm a glutton for punishment.
Anyway, MTV Multiplayer's Patrick Klepek did us console TF2ers a
huge favor and
asked Valve's Doug Lombardi if any of this multitude of
new content will ever make its way to the 360 and PS3. As the post title implies, he had some
very encouraging, if not vague, words:
“[There is] nothing to announce — yet.”
So, I'm going to assume this means that Valve is either in negotiations with XBL and PSN or they've finally worked something out with them. Hopefully, nothing goes wrong, and all parties will be reasonable. Anyway, this news has me on cloud nine. Even though I don't even own a 360, I will immediately shell out whatever ridiculous price MS wants to slap on this DLC, especially if it contains all three of the major updates.
Also, patches! No more skywalkers!
While you guys have skywalkers, I shall enjoy my heavy update next Tuesday. :)
(also, just notice we have the same birthday)
That's all.
Imagine a situation where its free on PSN but is paid content on 360. It wouldn't make M$ look too good. Although, Valve would probably be blamed so I can't imagine this ever happening.
Still, even though 90% of my current game collection is 360, I kinda wish MS were forced to eat a little humble pie and reconsider their approach.
Valve, read: No, I don't want to host a game after I didn't find one to join... also, party system integration plz.
But you don't know that. It's all speculation. It would make more sense, on Microsoft's part, to release them in groups of three. First pack = Medic, Pyro, and Heavy updates, and so on.

Congrats on sounding like a PC elitist douchebag. You keep on believing that PC gamers are superior to console gamers. Enjoy that false sense of superiority, bud.
Frankly, I can't wait.
