Yeah I realized my lack of paragraphs when I posted maybe some pictures could have made it seem more meatier....Oh well trial and error I suppose.
I clearly remember picking up my first video game in 89, of course, a nintendo. Have been a "hard core" gamer since. I had always completely skipped handheld gaming, dismissing it for not being up to standards with home consoles that I was accustomed to.
Enter 3ds and soon vita. Man, am I completely content with handheld gaming's current state! So much, that it currently makes up at least fifty percent of my gaming time. It is a great solution for having to fight over the tv with the wifey and the kids. And it almost mirrors, and soon to absolutely match the graphical capabilities of home consoles. Great time to be a hand held gamer.

Good write up man! But yeah, paragraphs and pictures do wonders for an article. You should check out our handheld gaming podcast! I am about to post a new episode in a few hours! Maybe we should have you on it someday if you're really into portable games.

Yup, blogging takes practice. Just keep at it, throw up some pics, add some spacing and Dtoiders will be fapping like mad. Also welcome to Dtoid! You may want to post an intro blog so that we get to know you better :)
Anyways to the topic at hand, it's amazing that portable gaming is really becoming what we had imagined all those years ago. We are basically playing handheld "home consoles", though now even that won't satisfy people. We may not have our flying cars yet but at least we have our damn "futuristic" video games!!
