So I am one of those people that go to the gym a lot and try to get in shape but I will admit I get intimidated by all the machines and just end up doing cardio. Recently I started doing a circuit program of machines and started feeling pretty good about it until I read this article which details how most machines mostly hurt you more than help you. That really sucks; I think it is time I get a personal trainer because I am not able to figure all this crap out on my own.

I use 2 of those. Doesn't matter to me cuz I don't use them alot anyway, but it's good to know. You don't need a personnal trainer, you need to go with a buddy who knows what he's doing and do it with him.

Me and my girlfriends go to the gym all the time. We have been doing so for 10 years and we still don't know how to use the machines. We only could figure out the one wear the fried dough comes off the conveyor belt. You should join my gym, it's called Krispy Kreme and they have location everywhere.
