So I am one of those people that go to the gym a lot and try to get in shape but I will admit I get intimidated by all the machines and just end up doing cardio. Recently I started doing a circuit program of machines and started feeling pretty good about it until I read
this article which details how most machines mostly hurt you more than help you. That really sucks; I think it is time I get a personal trainer because I am not able to figure all this crap out on my own.
