You guys all know Qalamari right? He's upstanding community member who likes YTMD, Bloopers, Pokemon, MGS and TF2 and also happens to be the greatest person.
Well today, he messages me during a game of TF2 together, saying he has a Pokemon to give me (we're often trading/gifting critters back and forth) and after switching to sepc, getting out my DS and a stock Pokemon to trade: I discover what Pokemon Qalamari is sending over: A fucking legit Celebi!
In case you were wondering, Celebi is the second generation equivalent to Mew, in that she's an ultra rare and powerful Pokemon that is unobtainable in the game with out hacking or attending a special event. Only in Celebi's case, there have been no events in the US in which one could be acquired. She's also my favorite Pokemon, and one I've sought to obtain one legitly since I first laid my hands on Pokemon Gold, making it my personal Holy Grail of gaming.
And now I have the grail.
Words can not express my glee upon receiving this impromptu and incredible gift,
so a video will have to suffice. I'm truly amazed at the selflessness and generosity of Qala (although based on past precedent I shouldn't be ;) and am forever in his debt, I've promised him a Jirachi (another event only Pokemon) and a life time of
drawings of whatever he requests, but he was happy to give it to me for nothing (although I'm still going to give him the stuff ;)) because he's just that amazing, which is why I think we can all agree that he is the greatest person.

Although there was one event that you could get Celebii at back in 2007 in the US. I have two of them.
