You may remember earlier in the month Wikipedia had the Kingdom Hearts series as its featured article. It seems that they are continuing the video game trend today with Donkey Kong.

It just seems kind of strange that out of all the articles that Wikipedia has, it chooses to feature two articles about video games in a short span of time.

Combine this with articles from the BBC such as this: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/programmes/click_online/7041086.stm
It seems that video games are going more and more mainstream, and getting even more attention from the media.

Yahoo! is about to put up the CoD4 for PC demo here:

Today on the main page of the English Wikipedia site, it seems like they have chosen Disney/Squares Kingdom Hearts as the days featured article.

I think it is pretty cool that games are getting more and more attention, especially a good game like Kingdom Hearts. I'm not exactly sure how Wikipedia chooses its featured articles, but it seems like they are doing a good job of it.

Finally Capcom is making a sequel to one of my favorite games of all time. I was so happy when I read the announcement, except for the part when I found out it was for MOBILE PHONES! WHY CAPCOM? I won't be able to play the game ever without importing some sort of Japanese cell phone, a huge disappointment.

However, hopefully good sales from the mobile game will spur Capcom to make a new console game for the Legends series.

The game is going to be called "Rockman Dash: The Great Five Islands Adventure"

IGN just gave Bioshcok a 9.7 rating, the highest given to an Xbox 360 title. It easy to see that this game is going to be one for the ages, and the reviews coming in prove this.
