For those of you who didn't know
Miniboss Monday was a mini-feature of my own that only had one installment. The second installment was posted, however, it was completely blank due to an error that occurred during the publishing process. Since then, I've not picked up the pen (or keyboard, if you will) to write any more.
Well, I am glad to announce its triumphant return
this Monday. Each Monday thereafter (life allowing) I will profile more and more of the memorable/unique/prolific minibosses in gaming that we love to hate and hate to love.
If you have any suggestions for future installments, feel free to post them here, as well!
Oh wait, if I can post on message boards during work I guess I should let you as well.
A suggestion: In Zelda II: Link's Adventure, the second-to-last boss... that flying bird crazy thing that made you cast I think 3 spells just to be able to fight him, which also resulted in you not being able to heal yourself during the battle.
As a young person, I never got past this guy and did not beat the game until after Windwaker came out.
Thunderbird was the boss. You had to cast Thunder, Jump, and Shield.
