OK let's see my momma named me Steve, but you would know me better as SantanaClaus89, or my PSN name, Moosehole. I'm 27 years old and reside in Virginia, about 20 minutes outside of Washington, D.C. Outside of games, I'm a huge sports fan who is die-hard for all my local teams (Redskins, Wizards, Nationals, Capitals).

I've had many different consoles throughout my 20 years of gaming, but I currently own a PS3, PSP-3000, PS2, SNES, Genesis, and NES.

Mega Man 9 US Release Dates FINALLY Confirmed!

As you can see by my amazing avatar and header, created by the one and only Y0j1mb0, I love me some Mega Man. Like, a lot. Like, REALLY SUPER FANTASTIC A LOT. So all the rumored release dates of the upcoming super awesomest game of all time, Mega Man 9, were driving me crazy. All I wanted was confirmation. Well, thanks to Capcom-Unity.com, I finally have it!

The wait is fianlly over: Mega Man 9 hits North America next week!

The game will be released for download on the September 22 for the Wii. Playstation Network gets it September 25th, and XBLA will have it October 1!

These dates are for North America ONLY. You may now begin your local variation of the Dance of Joy.

Yeah, even though I could get it anywhere...the Wii is where I am going to get it for epic win.

It's the only system it belongs on since it started there (Nintendo).

Yay. I will be getting this on Wii because I want to play Mega Man with a real d-pad. Also hard achievements are hard. Not that we care about those. Have fun trying to get these

Okay, those achievements are just dumb. I almost feel like that's a big "screw you" to achievements and XBLA but I am sure I am wrong.

Wow! Aside from the "7. Gamer's Day - Clear the game 5 times in 1 day." achievement, this game is the FIRST to actually include a complete list of challenges that I actually would do in games anyway.

I've always made it a habit of trying to beat each Mega Man game without dying or using energy tanks and beating each enemy (including bosses) with the X-buster.
I don't even think you can consider the game really played until you've at least tried it.

I like acheivements, so I might eventually get the 360 for my epeen.

But yes. Wii for damn sure. Mega Man 1 and 2 feel so right.

Even though my 3 month old PS3's drive just shitted-out, I'm still going to get Mega Man (and possibly BC:R if I'm in the mood) on PSN.
I can't imagine I'd comfortably play a 2D game on the 360's controller.

It sure fucking sucks that my PS3 can't play my main games though... =(
