well FALLOUT 3 gets exclusive DLC on 360. you might want to get that.
sounds like your having problems wiith the disc drive though. when it is working try to install games on your heard drive you know you will play alot so its easier and smoother.

Get Mass Effect asap, by far my favorite 360 game. I literally beat it for the 5th time last night.
Some lesser known 360 games that are awesome:
Earth Defense Force 2017 - it's like playing a mystery science theater movie.
Viva Pinata - any one but party animals.
Crackdown - it got some guff for having the halo 3 beta on the disc but it's now generally accepted as awesome.
Banjo Kazooie Nuts and Bolts - try the demo, if you don't enjoy the vehicle building than nevermind.
Too Human - again try the demo, you'll either hate it or you won't. Statistically the more you heard Dennis Dyack talk about the game the greater the likelihood you'll hate it.
Aegis Wing(XBLA) - It's effin' free, so why not?
