I know I've never made a blog post here (I'm a lurker by nature), but maybe somebody will take a look at this post and help me out anyway.
I've had a problem with my Xbox 360 scratching game discs; I've already had one game completely destroyed, and I'm hoping to keep from losing any more. I know it's not happening as a result of the console moving, because as soon as I noticed the problem I've kept a very, very careful eye on it, and I've seen brand-new games start to develop tiny scratches after an hour or so of gaming.
I've been duking it out with Microsoft's customer service both on and offline, and, long story short, they're not going to help me.
So, I'm looking for other solutions to keep my games and DVDs from being destroyed. Here's the question: Does anyone have any experience with these things
? Something about them strikes me as a bit dodgy, but for four bucks, I'm wondering if they're worth a try anyway. Or, alternately, does anyone know of any other solutions for the disc scratching problem? read
