I don't know if anyone's seen this. I did a search but nothing turned up. Anyway this is the best Halo 3 film clip I've seen so far, by far. Obviously people will think it's fake but the guy replies with

"I saved that film and the film to the entire game which was in matchmaking, AS PROOF positive the clip was real and just "lucky". The guy with the sniper thought I just missed with the stick, because it went over his head, but boy was he wrong...that actually was the second stick i threw at him, he dodged the first, and sniped at me, which was why i was playing the peek a boo game with him peepin out of the corner before i threw it."

Make your own mind up but just be amazed.

Don't you just love saved films?

Edit: For those who can't see the video here's a link to the guy's GT page.

A friend of mine bought a 360 Premium the other week and after we started playing a game the pad just suddenly disconnected. He reconnected it but it still kept disconnecting during gameplay. So we swapped the battery pack around and the problem seemed to stop. But then he started having problems with the headset, which wasn't producing any sound or accepting speech. Then he could speak but couldn't hear, so we tried it on my pad and it worked fine.

Another friend recently got his 360 back from the shop and apart from it crashing almost straight away he had a problem with his brand new pad (Which he got as compensation from having to send it off as soon as he got it back last time). That pad would sync but the lights would go off on the pad and stay that way.

I was wondering if anyone else has had any problems with their pads at all? I was worried when a 360 came back and broke straight away but can there really be more problems?

If you happen to have a Nintendo VIP account then you may have recieved an email yesterday about a new privacy policy. It mentions that "soon you will able to swap your stars for wii points..."

It also notes that if you do not agree with the terms by July 15th you will no longer be able to use stars and that, once you agree, your stars will expire within 12 months and new stars within 24 months.

I think it's pretty safe to say that July 15th is probably going to be the day they implement the Stars for Wii points system, at least for europe, and I can't wait. You also get a small amount of stars for every VC game you buy! Cashback!

"Dear Nintendo fan,

At Nintendo we respect the privacy rights of our online visitors and we recognise the importance of protecting your personal details. To allow us to implement additional features on our website, to improve our products and to adapt them to our usersí needs and preferences, we need your permission to gather information about your online activities on our web site and with Nintendoís products..

Please review our new Privacy Policy by clicking on this link http://www.nintendo-europe.com/NOE/en/GB/home/index.do and logging in to your account. Once you have read the information on that page, please use the appropriate buttons to either ACCEPT or DECLINE this new Privacy Policy.

Please note that if we havenít received your answer by July 15, 2007, or if you choose to DECLINE our new Privacy Policy, you will from that day onwards no longer be able to use your Stars in the Stars Catalogue, as we will be forced to deactivate your Nintendo membership. No matter what you decide, you can still use your Stars and enjoy all the other benefits of the Nintendo membership account until July 15, 2007.

Also note that when you continue your Nintendo membership, from now on your Stars will automatically expire 24 months after they were added to your profile. Stars you have earned before the introduction of the new Terms and Conditions expire 12 months after the introduction of the new Terms and Conditions, which will not occur until June 1, 2008.

However, you will soon be able to swap your Stars for Wii Points in the Stars Catalogue if you linked your Wii Shop Channel account to your online Nintendo membership.

We look forward to seeing you again on our website soon, and hope you will enjoy the new generation in videogaming together with us!
Your Nintendo team"
