Words can't describe how much I hate Universal Music Group right now. Every day, I try to find an embeddable version of the actual music video, but UMG is making that damn near impossible. Videos that were uploaded less than 24 hours ago are already embed blocked. I'm lucky I found these.

On the other side, I did a post once that used a song from a band signed to Warner Brothers. WB's official YouTube page had embed codes. That's right, the company's YouTube channel. Why can't more studios do that? And to make thing even more infuriating, damn near every video I post here is from a band signed to UMG.

So thanks Universal, for being a royal pain in the ass.

Anyway, I still need a theme for next week, and I may need another artist or two, just in case. I think I overestimated the number of suggestions I got on Monday.

What's interesting about Sublime is that they made it big after their front man's death in 1996. Two months before their self-titled third album, Bradley Nowell died of a heroin overdose in a hotel in San Fransisco. These guys could have become legends too. It's a damn shame. They're music still sounds fresh even today, and although my experience with the band is limited, I don't plan on keeping it that way.
