I just received my Secret Santa package today, and I was so fucking happy. Just look at the haul:

a big box with my name and a nice message. The thought of mail workers reading this box makes me smile.

I didn't recognize the name on the shipping address (they used their real name) so I thought I would never know my secret Santa. But there was something about the label that just wasn't right. It was bothering the fuck out of me. I had a couple of friends over (I drove home from school) when I was trying to maniacally rip back the paper to see the secret message and they all thought I was crazy and that there was nothing there. But lo and behold!

And here's the magical swag! While I may not enjoy classic games, I appreciate their contributions. I'm also kind of a gaming history nut (The Ultimate History of Video Games anyone?), so having a vintage NES game, especially a special edition one, in my hands makes me kind of giddy.

So thanks Naia and Zero Atma for the awesome gift! YAY!

Now, on to the song. I really like this song. It's not really about traveling, but who gives a shit, it's awesome.
