Damnit. I hate it when I nerd out and actually want stuff like this. For under $100 bones you can have some impressive looking Halo armour using PAPARCRAFT futares technorogies!
This video makes it a little more simple with a sweet step by step as well as lists the supplies you need and templates as well as some sites with walkthroughs.
