With E for All and TGS coming super soon (Like Camtub does) I thought that I should throw out some nuggets of truth. Much like Nichesters unmatched love for Rock Band 2, I get aroused by finding out info through research. This is called "Matlocking" or "Matlockery." I have compiled a list of things and decided to list them by percentage how true they are, as well as the likelyhood that they will be announced. You have to realize that sometimes games will have a name change (Project origin) or work under a codename (Banjo & Kazooie = Piklet) or sometimes they may get scrapped completely (Demonik, Paris Hilton's virginity)

Some of you that know me personally know that I have a folder on my PC with seriously 100's of games and most are unannounced. Each folder can translate to hours if not days worth of research. Some end in fail (My horse and me 2 coming to XBLA and PSN = 100% true) and some end in great reward (See badassness below)



Also, dont be a fucking idiot. Recognize the difference between "Oh who couldnt guess that game was coming" "Actual proof the game exists" and "I heardthat on NEOGAF." Also please remember that much of what i find out is way ahead of the curve (I said Soul Caliber and Ikaruga were coming to XBLA in March of 2006) so just because it doesnt get announce this week, doesn't mean its not getting announced.

#1. Rare is making another game already? 100% true. Its currently called 'Legend' but I only see a 30-40% chance it will get announced at TGS. The reason. Well, Viva Pinata, and B & K are just out or just coming out. It doesnt make a lot of sense to steamroll like that. Legend wont be around until later next year so why take the buzz away from your current lineup without a need. Side tangent: I really think it isnt an original IP but I have no proof of this. That means existing vidya game for all you stupids. . Its a disk based game so that cuts out a few quickly. No shit, my strongest guess is Killer Instinct (along with a XBLA release) Battletoads (I know right?) another Perfect Dark or Kameo game. Ok The last 2 are more likely but I want one of the first 2 to be true. Or maybe its a new IP and I think too much. PS Dont say "Goldeneye" because i confirm that later in this post.

#2. New Castlevania game coming to the PS3 and 360? 100% True. The current name is 'Dark Abyss' and I cant confirm more than 20% on who is developing it. I have a few ideas, but a few is a few too many. Last year I found out about this game but could not find anything to confirm it. I have that now. I dont really have a strong idea about when and where they will announce it but I can guess that it will be slated for release winter 09 - spring 10. I admit, thats a safe guess.

#3. A highlander game for consoles. 100% Yes its true. Yes it will probably suck. Yes, I only added this because ZeroTolo reminded me in the community emailer about it. There is a 0% chance that I give a fuck but Im sure some of you will take a break from WoW and Adultfriendfinder and shit your pants about this soon to be worst game ever. <I am sorry for that statement. Thats my opinion and in no way fact. I got my Opinion from Cheapy D's forums so I fucking blame him and his credibility. There now I'm safe.



#4 Star Wars Battlefront 3 for 360 and PS3? 100% confirmed. Free Radical Deving it? 100% confirmed. I fucking love Star Wars even more than I hate Paris Hilton and NamelessTed. So I get happy about this. I found out the iggy on KOTOR3 back in January (People thought I was crazy btw) and now I find this. Woo fucking whoooo! Then again what would I know. I only posted the ach. list for the Force Unleased... fuck. I dont remember when but it was long ago. Anyways, back on topic. THIS GAME IS GETTING NEAR COMPLETION! That means it could be announced by years end (not likely) but even better, it could be OUT in Spring of 09. CVG picked this up and even Mike McWhertor over at Kotaku blooged it 2 YEARS AGO! Remember kids:It takes time to make da vidya gamez. That time doesnt make the rumors untrue.

#5 At this point in the post people are emailing other people wanting my contact info or emailing Dtoid asking to have this post pulled. 100% likely! I am in trouble 100% confirmed. But Im not posting any proof, so, if someone were to bring the heat on me, I will fucking make sure I post screenshots, video, and/or company documents proving all of the above true. If I get a threat, I need to make sure they have a reason to threaten me right? I'll give them one. Nothing I have stated was told to me. I found this all using a mouse, keyboard, and CAT5 internets cable. No hacking involved. Sometimes people are just dumb and they forget to remember that voice actors, artists, bla bla bla have to get paid. I have no NDA and there is no embargo on these things because????? They dont fucking exist! But they will. lol



#6 Worms Armageddon Decade 100% confirmed. Do I really need to write a bunch of stuff here? 100% Not really.

#7 New Pac Man game? 100% confirmed. Currently called Pac Man Arrangement. Not sure about when its going to be announced but I have a pretty strong guess that TGS would be a good place for it. Side note: This game could be Japan only but I doubt it.

#8 Space Invaders game? !00% confirmed. bla bla XBLA, maybe PSN. Bl;a blalblald

Call of Jaurez 2? 100 Confirmed. 200% Next

Red Dead Revolver 2? Shit, maybe thats why someone feels a need to make Call of Juarez 2. Actually, I never played COJ. Is it any good? Anywho... RDR2 has 100% not been announced yet. No matter what any Wiki page says. Sorry. I have a strong guess that it would not be a PS3 exclusive for 2 reasons, #1 Nobody wants a PS3 exclusive, and #2 See reason number 1.

CSI Miami? 100% confirmed a fucking terrible show. Its like House, but House is entertaining. If I ever see David Curouso (I refuse to Google the corrct spelling) I plan on stabbing him in the face and yelling "Yeeeeeawwwwww." That joke may have not been clear if you dont watch the show. Walker says I have AIDS? Nevermind.
