Community!

It seems that more and more video game communities are sprouting up all over the internet. The is a great thing for people looking to connect with other gamers in order to play online games or chat about the age old question of whether games are art. If you so happen to stumble upon one of these new communities give them a try. They may prove to have people you can relate to. I have tried many communities and while it isn't necessarily a "gaming" community, I have only found one that I love. That is http://www.examiner.com/. It is a great place to get info on more than just games.

Wow... ok, I so totally get what y'all are saying about the .Examiner stuff - these people obviously have absolutely no interest in the community at all that one of them would post such a ridiculously stupid blog here. It's almost a slap in the face to do a blog about community when they obviously have absolutely no interest in the community here (and didn't even do a decent blog about what a gaming community really is, so this blogger apparently doesn't even know what he/she is talking about!!)

Still, it comes back to this site and moderation... they maybe need to look at what should be allowed to be posted here - and what can be deleted/banned to allow for ACTUAL COMMUNITY members to have blogs not being knocked off the first page by what is essentially nothing more than advertising.
