I've been suggesting DOSBox to people who want to play old computer games for quite a while. Great piece of reliable, easy to use software.
Dosbox has saved my vista laptop having life...
I'm so glad other people have heard of this. I'm amazed I hadn't caught wind of it before.
Just played Oregon Trail Deluxe for about 15 min. I died already. Fucking Cholera.
Yeah, DosBox is pretty pimp. I've used it for the longest time. It's pretty great to have when you feel the need to play some Harvester.
Yeah...DOSBox has kinda been around for...well...a long time.
But it is awesome. :)
We're all big fans here. Do a community blogs search for DOSBox and you'll feel the love.
I will be tomorrow downloading it.
ņaca, ņaca.
Jawsome, I'm definitely getting my Oregon Trail on tomorrow.
Fucking dysentery.
I need to fire this up and run TIE Fighter, except last time I stuck that disc in my CD drive it BSOD'd XP. I know there's some special parameters and stuff you have to enter and I've been too lazy to do that.
Isn't this what steam uses for old games? I'll have to look into that.
