.Hack//Link announced for PSP
Remo | 2:04 PM on 01.17.2009 3 comments

A new .hack game has been announced via famitsu recently. Formally a manga series .Hack//Link is now becoming a videogame. Though developer CyberConnect2 has said it is separate to the manga. The last .hack game to be released was in September of 2007.

It's been even longer for me, as the .Hack//GU games were never released in Europe. Despite their many failings, I enjoyed the original .Hack games. The series as a whole has a interesting story and the anime shows were one of the few I ever bothered to watch. So, is there anyone left to care about a new .Hack game?

@Mentok: The original games were bad gameplay wise, But I really enjoyed the G.U. series.

That's not entirely true. The .Hack games saw a release on PS2 in the U.K, not so sure about the rest of europe though. I think there was about four or so different version.

Still, I'll welcome this new PSP cut to my UMD port.
