Destructoid. it's possibly the best website i have ever stumbled upon, and would drink the kool-aid for it. and i see that it's going through that special time. new updates, new thingies, new awesomeness. but there is one thing that is a little weird, which would be the friend system. now, Destrcutoid is a relatively tight nit community, with noobs (like me) coming in to join the fray. i would imagine that mostly everyone at Destructoid are friends, being able to connect through video games. i know that not everyone on here are friends, as you can't put 50 people in a room and expect them all to get along. let's just say for the sake of me trying to prove my point, that everyone here is. the new feature seems to make it feel just a little bit like myspace, and with that comes the dumbasses that want a popularity contest. maybe it'll be a little easier to find someone by using this, but i'm not sure if the pros outweigh the cons.
