UPDATE: I've been reading up on Bungie.net forums and it seems that "The Plumber" is officially called "The Superintendent"
-It seems that "The Plumber" has mysteriously appeared on Xbox Live as a lone, single gamerpic.
-On 7/7, (Or Yesterday for you strange folk) Someone went into the Valhalla map and found something very unique painted on a wall.
(Forward to 20 seconds)
-At the end of the newest ViDOC, "The Plumber" can be seen in the top right corner.
