At least for any fan of video games, in my very humble opinion. GameTrailers.com counts down the top 10 years in the history of video gaming. I found this to be an extremely well done video.

There was obviously a lot of thought put into this list. In fact, I don't have many major qualms with the rankings themselves. Perhaps the year 1999 could have been ranked higher, but that's just me.

I found a lot of my own memories flashing before my eyes as I watched this video. I'd love to hear what the rest of you think. Enjoy, my friends.

I think they are forgetting about the hand held market however.

The DS has been a mighty mighty contender for a long while.

I would put 97 ahead of 2001. Probably because I spent a good portion of that year on Bungie.net playing Myth and Battle.net playing Diablo. But the rest of the years are spot on.
