The Investigators. It brings to mind an old school team of 1940's superheroes led by the Shadow and the original Dark Knight. Hmm, that sounds kind of interesting to this comic book junkie. But rather they are an "investigative" reporting team for ABC2 News, of Baltimore, Maryland.
And what is this news team investigating that will break new ground in journalistic excellence? Is it about Obama vs McCain? Or perhaps it's about the high cost of gas in a country who's economy could use a
little help. Maybe they're investigating the fact that the polar ice caps are melting? Nope, nope, and nope.
It's really about underage purchases of M-Rated games. And reporter Joce Sterman covers the story with the fresh hip hop title of, "Who Got Game?" And in this video, she sends a secret underage shopper (He's 15.) into three different Best Buys and Targets to see if he can buy some M-Rated games. Who do you think stopped him? Or did both of the stores fail miserably? I wonder who got game?
I find some irony in the fact that the last name of the secret shopper is Fink.

what did i miss?
also, i've been carded when buying games at Target. I've always thought it's more of a cashier thing. If the person cares, he/she will do it.
Also, BioShock has sexual themes? Man, I've got to finish that after I'm done with Lost Odyssey
Nice rig, btw. Real posh.

@ReclusiveSpirit
I'm not surprised; it all depends on the store & the employee working there. a teenager would probably sell to another teenager because they don't want to be a dick.
I used to get into R movies all the time when i was 13-16; it didnt screw me up & the guy who sold me the tickets probably realized i was mature enough to handle it by talking to me.
The whole rating system is designed to keep borderline retarded, easily suggestible children from mimicking unacceptable behavior from violent/sexual movies. & it does it at the expense of the majority of people who are sensible enough to distinguish between fantasy & reality.
That's my take on it.
Wait, it's summer. Guess I'll have to do this myself...
Bravo!
By the way, I saw what you did there, Gotcha......journalism......clever. ;)
@Cinda...What can I say? You're always so kind. Thank you.
Sorry for the late responses...stuff to do today, and lots of it.
In general I can't really even get mad at local news stations when they make these kind of stories. Local news is the equivalent of a high-budget blog. Sure, some blogs are good (like this one), but others are just made for grabbing people's attention at any cost.
