I was scanning the weekly circular at Shop Rite today looking to see what type of juice would be on sale for the upcoming week and I stumbled upon something very interesting. Buried beneath the half page spreads of meat sales (this is not a joke) was an XBox 360 listing about the size of a business card announcing a $50 sale. I didn't know my Shop Rite sold XBox 360s, but hey, live and learn. The best part is, Shop Rite's policy (at least around here) is to always give rain checks when requested so you'll get one even if they sell out.

Well, the best part is you'll save $50, but the rain check is pretty damn sweet.

For those of you not from the area, Shop Rite is a supermarket franchise that has stores around the northeast, specifically in CT, DE, NJ, NY, and PA. Note that they are a franchise not a chain, so individual sales may vary from place to place. That being said, this sale is valid at all of the stores I've checked online.

I can't imagine finding a better deal than this before Halo 3 comes out.

Strangely, the ad does not mention the version of the 360 on sale, but the original price is $400 and the Premium is pictured in the paper.

Finally, you'll need their savings card to get the discount, but it takes about 3 minutes to sign up. Plus, the card gets you good deals on juice, which is important.
