I listened to the newest episode of Retroforce to/from work today, Chad confessed to playing Mario RPG numerous times but never being able to finish it. I feel Chad's pain because I have attempted to beat SMRPG at least 3 times and never got it done, despite totally loving that game to death.

So I decided to make beating SMRPG my resolution for 08. But then I figured Why not include every game I regret never finishing. and actually beat them this time.

So with great humility I give you my new years RETRO-lution. a list of games I shamefully admit to never completing

ICO - Ill beat this first. I still have my save file at the point where the bridge breaks and the girl gets taken away.

SMBRPG - 3 times and never got to finish it

Earthbound - rented it once as a tyke. always wanted to go back and beat it.

Final FantasyII - Dude Zeromus at 13 years was NOT easy. I always felt I was missing something. I probably was. I'd rather wait for the DS remake though.

Super Metroid - The only Metroid i never beat is Only Metroid I never played. Honestly I don't regret this at all. this is just a personal drive to play and beat this game

Crystalis and Guardian Legend - when I think 8 bit failures these two gems come to mind.

So yeah... thats my list. Im sure theres are alot of good games I never beat...though none i regret as much as the games on this list. wish me luck
